Too often, women are conditioned to downplay their pain, to underestimate discomfort, and to view it as an inherent part of womanhood. Society frequently expects them to quietly endure, to not make a "big deal" of the suffering they experience, as if it is merely a consequence of being born female.

Many do not question the pain they feel, nor do they consider that it warrants attention. Excessive bleeding or waking up in pain is often accepted as normal, without recognizing the deeper implications such issues may have on overall well-being. Urgency in addressing their health concerns is frequently overlooked. Yet, there comes a point when the need for action becomes undeniable.
